Raymar Motel Policies

• Minimum Check in age is 18.
• Check-in time is from Midday
• Check-out time is 10 am
• Early or late check-in and or check-out may be granted based on availability.

Reservations may be cancelled if Raymar is advised

• 24 hours or more prior to 12 midday check-in, no charge will apply.
• If cancelled inside 24 hours prior to the middle check-in time, then the cost of the booking will still be charged.
• Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival and have not cancelled their reservation in advance will be charged the full amount of their reservation booked.

Cancellation policies may vary. Final cancellation terms will be verified at the time of booking.

Motel reserves the right to waive any cancellation penalty.

Raymar Motel accepts NZ Eftpos, Visa, Credit Card or Cash, or online payment by prior arrangement.

Or – for those business travellers wishing to charge to their Companies, then we can raise an invoice for payment, and their companies can make a payment in advance.

3.5% Surcharges are applicable to all credit card payments.

The published room rate of $ 130/night is for 1 or 2 people per unit. Additional people are charged of $25 per head per day.

Maximum of 3 per unit.

In order to confirm a group reservation. It does require a deposit to secure the booking. Payment is 10 percent of the total amount of the booking. A deposit can be made in advance.

We are a pet-friendly Motel, depending on the size, number and requirements of the pets.   But we need advance notice to discuss how we might help your lovely furry friends.

$10/day pet surcharge will be charged at the motel.

Children 1 year old and under 2 years can stay free with their accompanying adults in the same room and using existing bedding.

Children from 2 years and upward are chargeable.

Consideration should be given to the undisturbed stay of other guests. We reserve the right to remove people from the motel if noise levels exceed acceptable levels and are reducing the enjoyment of other guests.

All units are strictly non-smoking. When smoking outside, please use the ashtrays provided on each end of the outdoor tables. In the event that a guest smokes within a room, the motel reserves the right to charge a deep Cleaning Fee to the room occupant.
